Sollte die Passage belebt werden, reicht es aber nicht die Gesch\u00e4fte neu zu vermieten. An der dunklen H\u00f6hle m\u00fcssten noch ein paar weitere Kosmetikarbeiten vollzogen werden. Wurde halt nie was dran gemacht.
