Seit zwei Wochen humpel&#8216; ich zwar ohne die Orthese durch die Gegend und letzten Samstag habe ich auch schon eine Runde durch die Innenstadt von Oeynhausen &#8222;gedreht&#8220;, aber die Vivoactive am Handgelenk hat seit der OP nicht vibriert und das Ziel an Schritten signalisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Heute bin ich auf der Arbeit ein wenig zwischen den B\u00fcros gependelt, bin danach im Haus etwas gelaufen und war dann mit Nachwuchs 1.0 Klamotten kaufen. Da kam ganz offensichtlich etwas zusammen. Zwischendurch musste ich mich in einem Laden auch schon hinsetzen &#8211; das Bein begann zu schmerzen.<\/p>\n<p>Und tats\u00e4chlich ist es jetzt auch ganz sch\u00f6n dick :-( Sitze auf dem Sofa und bemitleide mich. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das habe ich auch seit Ende November nicht gehabt!
