Und das zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Bis es neulich beim Saugen f\u00fcrchterlich knallte und die Turbinenb\u00fcrste sich nicht mehr drehte. Hm. Habe das Teil erstmal zerlegt und konnte dann ganz weit innen drin das Turbinenrad erkennen. Und den fetten Riss in selbigen. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size: smaller;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.andreas-edler.de\/grafik\/blog_2012\/20120517_dyson.jpg\" width=\"470\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p> Klasse, nat\u00fcrlich ein paar Tage nachdem 3 Jahre um sind. Habe dann an Dyson gemailt und h\u00f6flich angefragt, ob man trotz der abgelaufenen Garantie noch \u00fcber Kulanz reden k\u00f6nne. Die Antwort kam postwendend und stimmte mich sehr fr\u00f6hlich &#8211; kostet das Ersatzteil doch um die 70 Euro. Dyson teilte mir mit, dass es 5 Jahre Garantie auf die Ger\u00e4te gibt und ich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich eine neue B\u00fcrste kostenlos zugesandt bekomme. Die war dann auch wirklich 2 Tage sp\u00e4ter bei uns und wir k\u00f6nnen wieder beherzt dem Staub zu Leibe r\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Dyson?
